You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests received after the 14-day window will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your VLVX Performance kit. Please read the terms below carefully before requesting a return.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Any kit that shows signs of installation, modification, fitting, wiring, road use, or missing components is non-returnable. Installation deposits are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Use a tracked, insured courier — VLVX Performance is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to request a return
Email us at ahmar1073@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for the return within the 14-day window. We will reply with return instructions and the shipping address. Do not send items back without first receiving these instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds cover the product price only; original shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
